摘　　要：肠造口灌肠是从造口处灌入适当液体,以起到清洁肠道、保持大便通畅、缓解梗阻的一种治疗方式。由于肠造口无括约肌,排气排便无法控制,因此在实施清洁灌肠时,易出现一边灌肠一边外溢甚至外喷、外射的现象。影响灌肠效果并增加患者的医疗费用,且造成患者和护理人员的心理负担,增加临床护理工作量。鉴此,我们设计了一款防喷施压造口灌肠装置。Enterostomy enema is a treatment method of filling appropriate fluid into the stomy to clean the intestinal tract,keep the stool open and relieve obstruction.Because the enterostomy has no sphincter,and the exhaust and defecation cannot be controlled,it is easy to appear overflow or even spray or shoot while the enema is carried out in the implementation of clean enema,which affects the enema effect and increases the medical expenses of patients,and causes the psychological burden of patients and nursing staffs,and increases the workload of clinical nursing.In view of this,we designed a blowout preventer pressure stomal enema device.
