知信行干预应用于脑卒中患者康复期护理中对其生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析知信行干预应用于脑卒中患者康复期护理中对其生存质量的影响。方法纳入该院2017年2月至2019年2月收治的脑卒中患者120例,以随机数字表法分组,分为对照组(接受常规护理)和研究组(接受知信行护理干预),各60例。两组均护理1个月,对比护理前、护理后NIHSS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、护理满意度、WHOQOL评分。结果研究组护理后NIHSS评分显著低于对照组。研究组护理后Fugl-Meyer评分、WHOQOL评分显著高于对照组。研究组护理满意度(96.67%)显著高于对照组(76.67%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论知信行护理干预可显著减轻脑卒中患者神经功能受损情况,提高生活自理能力与生活质量,赢得患者认可。Objective To analyze the effect of knowledge,faith and practice intervention on the quality of life of stroke patients in convalescent nursing.Methods A total of 120 stroke patients admitted to this hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were divided into control group(receiving routine nursing)and study group(receiving nursing intervention with knowledge,faith and practice)by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were given nursing care for 1 month.NIHSS score,Fugl-Meyer score,nursing satisfaction and WHOQOL score were compared before and after nursing care.Results The NIHSS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Fugl-Meyer score and WHOQOL score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after nursing.The nursing satisfaction of the study group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention of knowledge,faith and practice can significantly reduce the neurological impairment of stroke patients,improve their self-care ability and quality of life,and win the recognition of patients.
