摘　　要：儿童疫苗过敏临床上虽并不多见,但疫苗过敏诱发的严重过敏反应可危及生命,应引起重视。导致疫苗过敏的成分除了疫苗中的特异性病毒或细菌等病原微生物抗原外,还包括所含的其他药物或者试剂成分,例如明胶、抗生素、防腐剂及乳胶等。本文就疫苗含有的可能诱发过敏反应的药物和试剂成分,以及既往有药物过敏史儿童疫苗接种管理策略进行综述。Although vaccine allergy is rare,vaccine-induced anaphylaxis may be life-threatening and should arouse attention.Besides antigens such as virus or bacteria in vaccines,drugs or reagents which contained in vaccines as components,such as gelatin,antibiotics,preservatives,and latex can also induce allergic reactions.The drug and reagent components of vaccines which may induce allergic reactions and management strategies of vaccination for children with history of drug allergy are reviewed in this paper.
