摘　　要：随着全球经济化的迅速发展,数字化车间智能化系统的建设是化工企业发展的必然趋势。数字化车间的建设是实现制造业智能化、信息化的关键。重庆市映天辉氯碱化工有限公司电解数字化车间建设了一系列智能化监测控制系统,主要包括DCS、SIS、ERP系统等。智能化系统的建成,真正意义上实现了从工艺过程的仿真优化、数字化控制、状态信息实时监测与自适应控制等数字化、网络化、智能化技术的全面应用,到工艺流程及产品生产流程的高效性、规范性、安全性为一体的数字化车间,实现了生产车间生产过程逐渐透明化、生产信息集成度高、管理手段超前等优势。数字化车间的建设,从根本上降低了企业生产成本和人工成本,提高了企业的技术管理水平,间接促进了企业经济效益的提升。With the rapid development of global economy,the construction of digital workshop intelligent system is the inevitable development trend of chemical enterprises.The construction of the intelligent system is the key for production industry to realize information and intelligence.Chongqing Yingtianhui Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co.,Ltd.has built a series of intelligent monitoring and control system in electrolysis digital workshop,such as DCS system,SIS system,and ERP system.The construction of the intelligent system truly realized that the digital workshop had the features:machining process fully applied digital,networked and intelligent technologies,such as simulation optimization,digital control,real-time monitoring of state information and adaptive control;the process and product production process were high efficiency,standard and safe.The construction of the intelligent system truly realized that the workshop had the advantages such as gradually transparent production process,high integration of production information,and advanced management means.The construction of digital workshop fundamentally reduced the production cost and labor cost,improved the technical management level of enterprises,and indirectly promoted the improvement of enterprise's economic benefits.
