摘　　要：分析了副产蒸汽氯化氢合成炉采用循环水换热过程中出现的问题,提出纯水替代循环水的改造方案及操作注意事项,并对改造效果进行了评价。The problems occurred in by-product steam hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace with circulating water as heat exchange medium were analyzed.The scheme of transformation from circulating water to pure water as heat exchange medium was put forward as well as the matters needing attention in operation.The effect of the transformation was evaluated.
