摘 要:以空气-水为系统,在直径1000 mm、内置4块塔板的冷模塔中,对轻-重导向浮阀组合塔板进行了雾沫夹带实验的研究,在开孔率为15.25%条件下:就塔板结构改变了4种轻-重导向浮阀组合方式、3种堰高hw;就操作参数改变了3种液流强度L,分别测定了雾沫夹带率ev随空塔动能因子F0变化的关系曲线。实验结果表明,轻-重导向浮阀组合塔板的雾沫夹带性能良好,且对液流强度变化最为敏感。其中重阀配比为20%的1#板,其雾沫夹带率较全轻阀减少约15%,并由实验数据拟合了该板的雾沫夹带率模型关联式。同时标绘了4种重阀比塔板的雾沫夹带液泛曲线图,表明1#板的操作弹性最好,对工业装置设计具有一定的指导意义。In the air-water system,the entrainment experiment of the light-heavy guided valve combined tray was carried out in a 1000 mm cool-mode tower with four trays.Under the condition of opening ratio 15.25%,four combinations of float valves and three weir heights were changed on the tray structure;three flow intensities were changed according to the operating parameters,and the relation curves of the entrainment rate with the empty tower kinetic energy factor were measured respectively.The experimental results show that the entrainment performance of the light-heavy guide valve composite tray is good,and it is the most sensitive to the change of flow intensity.When heavy valve ratio is 20%,its entrainment rate is about 15% less than all light valve and the paper has fitted model correlation formula of entrainment rate of it.At the same time,flooding curve of four valve weight ratio trays is plotted,which shows that plate 1 has the best operating elasticity and has certain guidance for the industrial device design.
