摘  要:综述了煤气化反应动力学实验研究方法和化学反应控制的煤气化动力学模型,对煤气化反应动力学实验研究方法、原理及其优缺点进行了分析。不同的动力学实验装置会得到不同的实验数据,应根据实验目的选用合适的实验装置,用于固定床气化研究时,采用热重或固定床实验装置较好,用于气流床气化技术研究时,采用加压下降管或金属丝网实验装置较好。体积模型和缩核模型简单,应用于低温气化反应模拟结果都较准确,应用于高温度气化模拟精度较差。随机孔模型虽能较好地预测煤的气化反应速率随转化率的变化趋势,但当气化转化率高于0.7时,模拟结果变差。同时基于煤气化动力学研究存在一些问题,指出未来煤气化动力学研究方向。The experimental research methods and chemical reaction control kinetic models of coal gasification were reviewed.The research methods,principles,advantages and disadvantages of coal gasification reaction kinetics were discussed.It will get different experimental data with different dynamic experimental devices.Appropriate experimental devices should be selected according to the experimental purpose.It is better to use thermogravimetry or fixed bed experimental devices for fixed bed gasification research.When they are used in entrained flow gasification technology research,it is better to use pressurized drop tube reactor or wire mesh reactor.The results show that the volume model and shrinking core model are simple,both of them can describe the low temperature gasification reaction very well,but the simulation accuracy of the two models is generally worse at higher temperature.The change trend of coal gasification reaction rate with conversion rate can be better predicted with random pore model,when the conversion rate is higher than 0.7,the simulation results become worse.At the same time,based on some problems of coal gasification kinetics studying,the research direction of coal gasification kinetics in the future is pointed out.
