疏肝活血汤联合中药祛斑霜治疗肝郁血瘀型黄褐斑疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝活血汤联合中药祛斑霜治疗肝郁血瘀型黄褐斑疗效。方法肝郁血瘀型黄褐斑女性患者77例,随机分为观察组(中药治疗)与对照组(西药治疗),比较两组皮损面积和严重程度指数(MASI)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及生活质量量表(SF-36)评定。结果治疗后观察组MASI评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);在SF-36情感、精神、社会三个维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药内服外用治疗黄褐斑效果满意,并能显著改善患者生活质量。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shugan Huoxue Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine freckle-removing cream on chloasma of liver depression and blood stasis.Methods 77 female patients with liver depression and blood stasis type chloasma were randomly divided into observation group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine)and control group(treated with western medicine).The two groups were compared with the Melasma area and severity index(MASI)scores,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and Quality of Life Scale(SF-36)assessment.Results After treatment,the MASI score and PSQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The three dimensions of SF-36 emotional,mental and social scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has a satisfactory effect on the treatment of chloasma,and it can significandy improve the quality of life of patients.
