摘  要:基因组编辑技术以准确、高效、简单的操作而发展迅速,近年来以CRISPR/Cas系统为代表的基因组编辑技术在基因功能研究、疾病治疗、植物分子育种等方面取得了重要进展。为后续相应研究提供参考,总结锌指核酸酶(ZFNs)、类转录激活因子效应物核酸酶(TALENs)、成簇规律间隔短回文重复与关联蛋白(CRISPR/Cas)系统的原理及特点,着重介绍CRISPR/Cas技术在植物中的研究应用进展,对植物基因组编辑技术发展前景进行了展望。Genome editing technology rapidly developed due to its accurate,efficient and easily handle.In recent years,genome editing technology represented by the CRISPR/Cas system has made important progress in research of gene function,disease treatment and plant molecular breeding.In this paper,we summarize the principle and characteristics of zinc finger nucleases(ZFNs),transcription activator-like effector nucleases(TALENs)and cluster regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats/CRISPR-associated protein(CRISPR/Cas)systems,and we also introduce the recent advances of CRISPR/Cas technology in China,as well as the application and development of genome editing technology in plant.We also give a prospect of genome editing technology in plants at last.
