摘  要:为泸州及类似烟区优质烤烟的合理施肥提供科学依据,以泸州烟区土壤为研究对象,研究夏茬作物(烤烟、玉米)和冬茬作物(冬闲、油菜)下土壤(黄壤、紫色土)各形态氮素含量的变化。结果表明:夏茬玉米土壤的全氮含量较烤烟土壤降低3.08%,碱解氮、可溶性总氮、铵态氮、硝态氮、无机氮和可溶性有机氮含量夏茬玉米土壤较烤烟土壤分别提高4.52%、19.61%、25.04%、20.19%、22.58%和13.69%;全氮、铵态氮和可溶性有机氮含量冬闲土壤均低于冬茬油菜土壤,分别降低10.17%、12.15%和13.51%,碱解氮、可溶性总氮、硝态氮和无机氮含量冬闲土壤均高于冬茬油菜土壤,分别提高2.86%、51.82%、212.08%和100.28%;碱解氮、可溶性总氮、硝态氮和无机氮含量冬闲黄壤较冬茬油菜土壤分别提高10.09%、75.52%、307.15%和135.70%,全氮、铵态氮和可溶性有机氮的含量较冬茬油菜土壤分别下降12.58%、6.98%和2.57%,可溶性总氮、硝态氮和无机氮含量冬闲紫色土较冬茬油菜土壤分别提高29.86%、140.66%和68.46%,全氮、碱解氮、铵态氮和可溶性有机氮含量较冬茬油菜土壤分别下降7.00%、4.95%、17.63%和24.09%;夏茬玉米黄壤全氮和可溶性有机氮含量较烤烟分别降低13.39%和7.32%,碱解氮、可溶性总氮、铵态氮、硝态氮和无机氮含量夏茬玉米土壤较烤烟土壤分别提高5.02%、13.28%、36.48%、15.79%和25.50%,可溶性有机氮、可溶性总氮和碱解氮含量夏茬玉米紫色土较烤烟土壤分别提高73.71%、31.21%和7.60%。The variation in different forms of nitrogen content in soil(yellow soil and purplish soil)of summer crops(flue-cured tobacco and maize)and winter crops(winter idle field and rape)in Luzhou tobacco-growing area is studied to provide the scientific basis for rational fertilization of quality flue-cured tobacco in Luzhou and similar tobacco-growing areas.Result:The total soil nitrogen content of summer maize decreases by 3.08%compared with that of flue-cured tobacco,while soil available nitrogen,total soluble nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,inorganic nitrogen and soluble organic nitrogen content of summer maize increases by 4.52%,19.61%,25.04%,20.19%,22.58%and 13.69%compared with those of flue-cured tobacco respectively.The total soil nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and soluble organic nitrogen content of winter idle field is 10.17%,12.15%and 13.51%lower than those of winter rape separately,while soil available nitrogen,total soluble nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen content of winter idle field is 2.86%,51.82%,212.08%and 100.28%higher than those of winter rape respectively.The available nitrogen,total soluble nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen content in yellow soil of winter idle field increases by 10.09%,75.52%,307.15%and 135.70%compared with those of winter rape,while total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and soluble organic nitrogen content in yellow soil of winter idle field decreases by 12.58%,6.98%and 2.57%compared with those of winter rape respectively.The total soluble nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen content in purplish soil of winter idle field is 29.86%,140.66%and 68.46%higher than those of winter rape,while total nitrogen,available nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and soluble organic nitrogen content in purplish soil of winter idle field is 7.00%,4.95%,17.63%and 24.09%lower than those of winter rape.The total nitrogen and soluble organic nitrogen content in yellow soil of summer maize decreases by 13.39%and 7.32%compared with those of flue-cured tobacco,while a
