家蚕强健多丝量品种川蚕30号的选育及其经济性状稳定性

摘　　要：为选育出适宜四川及长江中下游蚕区春季饲养的优质家蚕品种,采用杂交与定向选育等育种方法,结合选育的早期、中期、后期世代对个体、蛾区、系统3个水平进行家蚕生命力、茧丝质性状的选择,育成主要经济性状互补的家蚕新材料君、兰、星、月,并利用不完全双列杂交配合力测试,筛选出家蚕强健多丝量杂交组合品种君·兰×星·月(川蚕30号)。经鉴定,该杂交组合健康好养,产量高,茧层厚,丝量多,茧丝质性状优良,综合经济性状超过对照品种。川蚕30号经同地域不同年份、同年份不同地域饲养,其主要经济性状稳定、高产稳产、健康好养、质量优,于2020年通过四川省家蚕品种审定委员会审定,适宜在四川蚕区及长江中下游蚕区春季饲养。In order to breed high-quality silkworm varieties suitable for spring breeding in the silkworm areas of Sichuan and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,breeding methods such as hybridization and directional breeding were employed to conduct the selection of vitality and cocoon silk quality on the early,middle and late generations at three levels of individuals,moth areas,and systems.Thereafter four new silkworm materials(Jun,Lan,Xing and Yue)with complementary main economic traits were bred,through incomplete diallel combining ability test a new strong and silky hybrid combination variety named Jun·Lan×Xing·Yue(Chuancan 30)was screened out.The identification confirmed that the hybrid combination is healthy and easy to grow,with high yield,thick cocoon layer,large silk quantity,excellent cocoon silk quality,and better comprehensive economic traits compared with the control variety.Chuancan 30 was raised in different years in the same region and in different regions in the same year,and the results showed that Chuancan 30 was of stable main economic characteristics,high yield and quality,stable production.It was approved by the Sichuan Silkworm Variety Approval Committee in 2020.It is suitable for spring rearing in Sichuan silkworm area and middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River silkworm area.
