摘 要:为有效地监测和控制猪舍的环境因子,满足养殖规模化、集约化的趋势要求,以猪舍环境为研究对象,以无线通讯技术、PLC机电控制技术和虚拟仪器技术为基础,研究以实现猪舍环境智能调节为目标的猪舍环境自动监控系统。采用ZigBee无线通讯模块,将终端传感器实时采集的温度、湿度、光照和气体等数据进行组网传输;采用PLC控制器对现场输出设备进行优化控制;采用LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件对整个系统运行进行终端监控。猪舍环境自动监控系统解决了传统控制方式布线复杂,系统故障率高,控制精度差及异地监控困难等问题。In order to effectively monitor and control piggery environmental factors,and meet the trend requirements of large-scale and intensive aquaculture,taking the piggery environment as the research objects,the automatic monitoring system aiming at realizing environment intelligent adjust was studied based on wireless communication technique,PLC mechatronic control technique and virtual instrument technique.ZigBee wireless communication module was employed to conduct the network transmission of temperature,humidity,light and air data collected real-time by terminal sensor.PLC controller was employed to optimize the field output equipment.LabVIEW virtual instrument software was employed to monitor the whole system.The problems of conventional control pattern including complex wiring,high failure rate,low control accuracy and difficulty in remote monitoring were solved by the established piggery environmental monitoring system.
