摘  要:为辽宁省大气降水资源的合理规划与利用提供科学依据,选择1960-2019年辽宁省62个自动气象站降水监测资料,采用气候诊断分析方法,研究辽宁省降水资源的时空变化及分布特征。结果表明:1)年降水量:辽宁各地年降水量平均为440.9~1084.9 mm,由西向东呈逐渐增大趋势,高值中心平均降水量>900.0 mm,低值中心平均降水量<500.0 mm,各地年降水倾向率平均为-36.88^-0.65 mm/10a,从西北至东南呈逐渐减小,东部山区的凤城、宽甸、丹东和东港一带为降水倾向率负值中心,倾向率≤-20.00 mm/10a,降水量线性减少120 mm以上,年降水量突变点在1975年,突变前后降水量平均减少43.8 mm。2)季节降水量:春季各地降水量平均为67.3~148.6 mm,由东至西呈逐渐递减趋势,降水量突变不显著;夏季各地降水量平均为296.1~709.7 mm,从东南至西北呈逐渐递减趋势,降水量突变点在1968年,突变前后夏季降水量平均减少52.7 mm;秋季各地降水量平均为68.1~184.5 mm,东南至西北呈逐渐递减趋势;秋季降水量出现2次由多变少的突变点,降水量突变点分别在1965年和1994年;冬季各地降水量平均为5.4~42.1 mm,从东南至西北呈逐渐递减趋势,冬季降水量突变点不显著。随着降水量的减少,未来水资源供需矛盾更加突出,西北地区干旱强度与频率增大,东南地区干旱频率增加。To provide a scientific basis for the reasonable planning and utilization of atmospheric precipitation resources in Liaoning Province,the characteristics of spatial and temporal variation and distribution of precipitation resources in Liaoning Province were studied by adopting the method of climate diagnostic analysis on the basis of precipitation resources data from 1960-2019 of 62 automatic meteorological stations in Liaoning Province.Results:1)Annual precipitation.The average annual precipitation in various places in Liaoning was 440.9-1084.9 mm,showing a gradually increasing trend from west to east.The average precipitation in the high-value center was>900.0 mm,the average precipitation in the low-value center was<500.0 mm,and the average annual precipitation tendency rate was-36.88-0.65 mm/10a,gradually decreasing from northwest to southeast.The areas of Fengcheng,Kuandian,Dandong and Donggang in the eastern mountainous areas were the centers of negative precipitation tendency rates,with tendency rates≤-20.00 mm/10a,and precipitation decreased linearly above 120 mm,the mutation point of annual precipitation was in 1975,and the precipitation before and after the mutation decreased by 43.8 mm on average.2)Seasonal rainfall.The average spring rainfall was 67.3-148.6 mm,with a gradual decrease trend from east to west,and the sudden change of precipitation was not significant;the average summer rainfall was 296.1-709.7 mm,gradually decreasing from southeast to northwest.In 1968,the abrupt point of precipitation occurred.The summer precipitation before and after the abrupt change averaged 52.7 mm;The average autumn precipitation was 68.1-184.5 mm,with a gradual decrease from southeast to northwest;Autumn precipitation appeared twice from more to less.The precipitation mutation points were in 1965 and 1994 respectively;The average precipitation in winter was 5.4-42.1 mm,and it showed a gradual decrease from southeast to northwest.The precipitation mutation points in winter were not significant.With the decrease o
