摘　　要：城市轨道交通办理电话闭塞法行车完全依赖人的行为,存在诸多不安全因素。通过分析相关规章制度和作业标准,利用计算机运算和显示功能,将办理电话闭塞的作业项目、作业流程和关键事项等通过窗口操作系统操作和显示,提醒作业人员严格按规章制度和作业标准办理作业,以保证安全,减轻作业人员工作压力。提出了该系统开发的路径,并就系统运行设置、窗口布局、项目确认流程和色彩显示等提出了具体要求。The operation of urban rail transit by telephone block method is completely dependent on operator′s behavior,underlying numerous unsafe factors.Through analysis of relevant regulations and operation standards,using computer calculation and display functions,the operation items,operation procedures and key items for operating telephone block method are operated and displayed by the window operation system,supervising operators to operate telephone block method strictly in accordance with regulations and operation standards,so that the system could ensure safety and reduce the work pressure of the operators.A development path of this system is proposed,and specific requirements for system operation settings,window layout,project confirmation process and color display are put forward.
