摘　　要：4-溴-1,1-二氟丁烯可由三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,经还原、酯化、溴化和脱卤反应制备得到。4-溴-1,1-二氟丁烯可以制备含氟药物和含氟农药,含氟药物可以治疗和/或预防多种疾病,含氟农药可以用作杀虫剂和除草剂。本文详细介绍4-溴-1,1-二氟丁烯制备各种药物和农药的合成过程。4-Bromo-1,1-difluorobutene can be prepared from ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate as a starting material through reduction,esterification,bromination and dehalogenation reactions.4-Bromo-1,1-difluorobutene can be used to prepare fluorine-containing drugs and fluorine-containing pesticides.Fluorine-containing drugs can treat and/or prevent many diseases,and fluorine-containing pesticides can be used as insecticides and herbicides.This article describes in detail the synthesis process of 4-bromo-1,1-difluorobutene to prepare various drugs and pesticides.
