摘 要:以1,1′-联-2-萘酚为原料,经过丙炔化成醚反应和两次Click反应,制备了两个不对称双-1,2,3-三氮唑类化合物A和B,用1H NMR和13C NMR对化合物A和B的结构进行表征,并测试了它们在不同溶剂中的紫外性质和荧光性质。结果表明,两个化合物在不同溶剂中的紫外荧光光谱相似,但紫外吸收强度和荧光强度不同。其中化合物A的最大吸收波长为240~290 nm,其荧光发射光谱在390~440 nm有三个发射峰;化合物B的最大吸收波长为280 nm,其荧光发射光谱在370 nm有一个发射峰。Two asymmetric bis-1,2,3-triazole compounds A and B were synthesized from 1,1′-bi-2-naphthol through propynylation to ether reaction and two Click reactions.The structures of compounds A and B were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR,and their UV properties and fluorescence properties in different solvents were tested.The results show that the UV and fluorescence spectra of the two compounds in different solvents are similar,but the UV absorption intensity and fluorescence intensity are different.The maximum absorption wavelength of compound A is 240~290 nm,and its fluorescence emission spectrum has three emission peaks at 390~440 nm.The maximum absorption wavelength of compound B is 280 nm,and its fluorescence emission spectrum has an emission peak at 370 nm.
