摘　　要：目前高校图书馆对电子资源的管理主要以数据库为单位进行揭示和利用。为解决高校图书馆电子资源管理中数据库定义不清、揭示各异、统计不规范、数据不完整等实际工作中存在的问题,从资源共建共享角度出发,基于都柏林核心集(Dublin core,DC)提出一种可满足统计、揭示、推荐、聚合需求的高校图书馆数据库元数据描述模型,设计并实现一种基于RESTful Web Service接口的元数据共享平台。图书馆元数据共享平台对图书馆电子资源揭示、阅读推广、学科文献保障评估、文献计量等工作将起到重要的促进作用。The management of electronic resources in university library is mainly revealed and utilized by database.In order to solve the problems existing in the practical work of electronic resource management of university library,such as unclear definition of database,different disclosure,nonstandard statistics and incomplete data,a description model of university library database metadata based on Dublin core(DC)was proposed.A metadata description model based on Restful Web Service interface metadata sharing platform was designed and implemented,which can meet the needs of statistics,disclosure,recommendation,and aggregation.The results show that the research of library database metadata is the foundation of electronic resource management in university library.The metadata sharing platform will play an important role in library electronic resources disclosure,reading promotion,subject literature guarantee evaluation,literature measurement and other work.
