An Optimization Model for Runway Fast Exit for both Civilian Aircraft and Military Aircraft

摘  要:为提高机场运行效率,降低跑道占用时间,在兼顾军用飞机使用的基础上,对民用机场快滑最优位置进行了系统研究。通过分析军用飞机与民用飞机的着陆过程,研究飞机着陆过程中的影响因素及其分布规律,采用蒙特卡洛方法进行仿真,计算各机型着陆转出的最佳位置。通过构建以最小加权无效占用跑道时间为目标函数的快滑转出位置模型,基于动态规划思想,设计了模型求解程序。最后以腾冲机场为例进行实例分析。结果表明:快滑位置应设置在1650 m处。相比只考虑民用机型使用,无论是从加权无效占用跑道时间还是从使用该出口的民用飞机来看,两者都变化不大,但使用该出口的军用飞机占总起降架次百分比可提高70%。研究为未来军用飞机使用民用机场奠定基础,为民用机场预留军事功能提供技术支撑。The research aimed to improve airport operation efficiency and reduce runway occupation time.Based on the consideration of military aircraft use,a systematic research was conducted on the optimal position of civil airports for runaway exit.By analyzing the landing process of military aircraft and civil aircraft,studying the influencing factors and the distribution law of the aircraft during the landing process,the Monte Carlo method was used to simulate and calculate the optimal position for each model landing.By constructing a fast-slip turn-out position model with the minimum weighted invalid occupied runway time as the objective function,a model solving program was designed based on the idea of dynamic programming.Finally,taking Tengchong Airport as an example analysis,the results show that the fast exit position shall set at 1650 m.Compared with only considering the use of civilian aircraft,there is slight difference for civilian aircrafts on aspects of the weighted invalid occupation of runway time and use frequency when the runaway fast exits for both,while military aircraft using the export can be increased by 70%.The research lays a foundation for the future military aircraft to use civilian airports,and provides the technical support for the military functions reserved for civilian airports.
