摘 要:根据CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道上拱后的受力和变形特点,建立轨道板的垂向稳定性仿真分析模型,通过缩尺模型进行试验验证,并利用有限元法分析初始上拱、温度梯度、假缝和钢轨等对其垂向稳定性的影响。研究表明:轨道板初始上拱是轨道板失稳的关键影响因素,初始上拱矢度越大,轨道板的稳定性越差,若初始上拱矢度≥20 mm,轨道板会有整体失稳的风险;温度梯度对轨道板稳定性的影响较小,正温度梯度会降低轨道板的稳定性,负温度梯度会增强轨道板的稳定性;假缝会降低轨道板的稳定性,轨道板上拱位移越大,假缝的影响越明显;钢轨有利于保持轨道板的稳定性,但升温后钢轨的作用降低,为安全计,研究轨道板的稳定性可不考虑钢轨的影响。According to the stress and deformation characteristics of the slab of CRTSⅡslab track after its arching,the vertical stability simulation model of the slab was established and verified by the experiment using scale model.The effect of initial camber,temperature gradient,dummy joint and rail on the stability of the slab was analyzed by the finite element method.The results show that the initial camber of the slab is the main influencing factor of the instability of the track slab.The greater the initial camber,the worse the stability of the slab.If the initial camber is equal to or greater than 20mm,the slab is in danger of overall instability.The effect of temperature gradient on the stability of the slab is small.Positive temperature gradient will reduce the stability of the slab while negative temperature gradient will increase it.Dummy joint will reduce the stability of the slab.The greater the camber displacement of the slab,the greater the impact of the dummy joint.The rail is helpful to the stability of the slab.But the effect of the rail will be reduced with the rise of the temperature.For safety reasons,the influence of the rail can be ruled out in the study of the stability of the slab.
