摘 要:在乌鲁木齐市应用含石蜡相变玻璃窗,利用一维瞬态仿真模型模拟了冬夏两季相变玻璃窗传热特性,分析了石蜡熔点和石蜡厚度的影响,研究了相变玻璃窗在新疆地区应用的节能潜力。在乌鲁木齐气候条件下,采用18℃熔点、12 mm厚石蜡层的相变玻璃窗,冬夏季节能率分别为24.77%和14.37%,全年节能率为19.93%。研究结果表明,含石蜡相变玻璃窗在新疆地区应用节能效果显著,具有实际推广价值。The phase change glass window filled with paraffin wax was applied in Urumqi.The heat transfer characteristics of phase change glass window in winter and summer were simulated by one-dimensional transient model.The effects of melting point and thickness of paraffin on heat transfer characteristics were analyzed,and the latent capacity for energy-saving of paraffin phase change glass windows in Xinjiang was studied.Under the climate of Urumqi,phase change glass window with 18℃melting point and 12 mm thick paraffin layer was adopted.The energy-saving rate in winter and summer was 24.77%and 14.37%respectively,and the annual energy-saving rate was 19.93%.The results show that the energy-saving effect of phase-change glass window with paraffin in Xinjiang is significant,and it has practical promotion value.
