摘 要:为解决锅炉滑压运行及低负荷调峰能力,需对锅炉水冷壁进行改造,本文以某电厂530 MW超临界参数直流锅炉为研究对象,提出改造方案为:定压改滑压,采用哈锅典型螺旋管圈水冷壁结构,即螺旋管圈+垂直管圈布置结构,分离器布置于水冷壁出口,增加贮水箱,尾部包墙和顶棚管属于过热器系统。通过水冷壁安全性校核计算,分析裕量和锅炉运行的安全性。In order to solve the problem of boiler's sliding pressure operation and low load peak regulation capacity,the water wall of boiler needs to be reformed.This paper takes a 530 MW supercritical parameter once through boiler of a power plant as the research object,and puts forward the reform plan as follows:We change the constant pressure to sliding pressure,and adopt the typical spiral coil water wall structure of Harbin boiler,which is spiral coil+vertical coil arrangement structure;separator is arranged at the outlet of water wall,increasing water storage,the tail wall and the ceiling pipe belong to the superheater system;through the safety calculation of water wall,the margin and the safety of boiler operation are analyzed.
