摘 要:针对于当前能源紧缺的形势,传统制冷剂破坏环境,新型制冷剂价格高昂的问题。本文提出了创造低压环境使水大量蒸发,利用水的蒸发潜热制冷的方案。为验证该方案的可行性,设计并搭建热管空调系统实验台,在多种测试工况下研究负压蒸发热管空调的工作性能,并基于COMSOL Multiphysics建立流体传热模型分析内部换热情况。设计工况下EER为2.1,制冷量为298 W。实验数据和结果表明,该系统在50~75℃高效工作区间的EER为2.5,最大制冷量为376 W,在30~40℃实际应用温度区间的EER为1.4,制冷量为221.6 W。基本达到了设计指标,能稳定运行。In view of the current shortage of energy,traditional refrigerants damage the environment,and new refrigerants are expensive.This paper proposes a scheme to create a low-pressure environment to evaporate a large amount of water and utilize the latent heat of evaporation for cooling.In order to verify the feasibility of this scheme,a heat pipe air conditioning system experimental platform is designed and built,which is used to study the working performance of negative pressure evaporative heat pipe air conditioning,and establish a fluid heat transfer model based on COMSOL Multiphysics to specifically analyze the internal heat exchange situation and propose the improvement direction and measures.Under the design conditions,the EER is 2.1 and the cooling capacity is 298 W.Experimental data and results show that the EER of the system in the high-efficiency working range of 50~75℃is 2.5 and the maximum cooling capacity is 376 W.In the actual application temperature range of 30~40℃,the EER is 1.4 and the cooling capacity is 221.6 W,basically reaching the design index and running stably.
