摘 要:为了提高比例换向阀的频响和位置控制精度,以直动式电液比例方向阀为研究对象,建立比例阀的非线性数学模型,并结合工程实际,分析比例阀的非线性特性。采用LVDT观测阀芯的位移变化,提出了一种基于前馈补偿的控制方法,并通过AMESim仿真验证该方法的有效性。该控制方法的提出将有助于提高电液比例阀的频响和控制性能,并进一步提升高性能比例阀的生产效率。In order to improve the frequency response and position control accuracy of the proportional directional valve,this article takes the direct-acting electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve as the research object,establishes the nonlinear mathematical model of the proportional valve,and combines the engineering practice to analyze the nonlinear characteristics of the proportional valve.Using LVDT to observe the displacement of the spool,a control method based on feedforward compensation is proposed,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by AMESim simulation.The proposed control method will help to improve the frequency response and control performance of electro-hydraulic proportional valves,and further improve the production efficiency of high-performance proportional valves.
