摘  要:外啮合齿轮泵在工业领域有广泛应用,随着技术水平的提高,对其转速要求越来越高。为了提高齿轮泵转速,分析限制齿轮泵转速的因素是必要的。运用数值模拟的方法,首先通过分析泵进出口流量特性得出了限制转速的原因;然后通过对比分析不同吸油口压力下,齿轮泵的最高转速得到了吸油压力对极限转速的影响规律。结果表明:齿轮泵的最高转速受进油压力影响较为明显,进油口压力升高时,齿轮泵极限转速也随之增加,压力约在0.758 MPa时,齿轮泵极限转速达到最大值。External gear pump is widely used in industrial field.With the improvement of technical level,the requirement of its speed is higher and higher.In order to improve the speed of gear pump,it is necessary to analyze the factors that limit the speed of gear pump.By using the method of numerical simulation,the reason of limiting speed is obtained by analyzing the flow characteristics of pump inlet and outlet.Then,by comparing and analyzing the maximum speed of gear pump under different suction port pressure,the influence law of oil suction pressure on limit speed is obtained.The results show that the maximum speed of the gear pump is affected by the inlet pressure obviously.When the inlet pressure increases,the limit speed of the gear pump also increases.When the pressure is about 0.758 MPa,the limit speed of the gear pump reaches the maximum value.
