摘  要:针对球墨铸铁生产过程中工作效率低、球化率低和工作环境恶劣等问题,设计了一种球化剂计量投料装置,用于自动计量和投入球化剂和覆盖剂,其由压实气缸、覆盖剂料仓、球化剂料仓、伸缩导料管和球化包、称重磅体等组成;球化剂和覆盖剂料仓放料速度由抱紧气缸来调节。该设计采用PLC实现远程控制球化剂和覆盖剂的称重和投入压实等工作;该装置经实际使用后,称重更精确,球化率显著提高,球墨铸铁质量好,且对工作环境好,工作效率高。In view of low efficiency,low spheroidizing rate and bad working environment in the production process of ductile iron,an intelligent metering and feeding device for nodulizer is designed,which is used for automatic measuring and feeding of spheroidizing agent and covering agent.It consists of a compaction cylinder,a covering agent bin,a spheroidizing agent bin,a telescopic guide pipe,a spheroidizing bag and a weighing scale body,etc.The discharging speed of the spheroidizing agent bin is regulated by the holding cylinder.The design can remotely control the weighing and compaction of nodularizing agent and covering agent.After the actual use of the device,the weighing is more accurate,the spheroidizing rate is significantly improved,the quality of ductile iron is good,and the working environment is good and the work efficiency is high.
