摘 要:为了解决市场上现用除油剂含磷、泡沫较多和原料含有难以生物降解的化学成分等问题,以生物降解性好、无磷表面活性剂及添加剂为原料,研发出一种低泡无磷除油剂WXP-200,配方:JLD-05 50.4%、JLD-06 21.6%、JLD-02 18.0%、JL-120010.0%。探究氢氧化钠用量、处理温度、处理时间对除油剂除油效果的影响,并与市场上现用除油剂MJ-208B进行对比。结果表明:WXP-200的除油效果优于MJ-208B,经WXP-200处理的织物白度提高了36%,沉降时间缩短了近44%;WXP-200具有起泡性小、耐碱渗透性较好、乳化性能较优的特点;WXP-200的泡沫高度约为MJ-208B的50%,在40 g/L氢氧化钠碱性溶液中,润湿时间仅为MJ-208B的17%,油水分离时间约为MJ-208B的2.4倍。In order to solve the problems of the existing degreaser contained phosphorus,more foam and chemical components which were difficult to be biodegraded in the raw materials,a biodegradable,phos⁃phate-free surfactant and additives were used as raw materials to develop the formulation of a low foaming phosphate-free degreasing agent WXP-200,and the recipe was JLD-0550.4%,JLD-0621.6%,JLD-0218.0%and JL-120010.0%.The effect of sodium hydroxide concentration,treatment temperature and treat⁃ment time on the refining and deoiling effect of the degreasing agent were investigated and compared with MJ-208B deoiling agent currently used in the market.The results showed that the degreasing effect of WXP-200 was better than that of MJ-208B.The whiteness was increased by 36%,the settling time was shortened by 44%.The WXP-200 had the characteristics of little foaming,good alkali permeability and excellent emulsify⁃ing property.The foam height of WXP-200 was about 50%of MJ-208B.In 40 g/L sodium hydroxide alkaline solution,the wetting time of WXP-200 was only 17%of that of MJ-208B,and the oil-water separation time of WXP-200 was about 2.4 times of that of MJ-208B.
