摘  要:采用阳离子乳液聚合的方法,在碱性催化剂的作用下,将八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_4)和N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷偶联剂(KH602)进行乳液共聚,合成了一系列氨基改性有机硅乳液。采用种子乳液半连续滴加制备工艺,研究了复合乳化剂对有机硅乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明:当复合乳化剂以十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(1631)和异构醇醚1306、异构醇醚1308复配时,合成的微乳液离心稳定性、耐酸碱稳定性和耐热稳定性均良好,且粒径分布均匀,平均粒径最小达到77.1 nm;全棉漂白针织物用乳液整理后无明显的黄变现象,并具有蓬松柔软的手感,平滑性好。Using the method of cationic emulsion polymerization,a series of amino-modified silicone emulsions were synthesized by the copolymerization of octamethylcyclo-tetrasiloxane(D4)and N-β-aminoeth⁃yl-γ-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane coupling agent(KH602)under the action of alkaline catalyst.The ef⁃fect of compound emulsifier on the stability of silicone emulsion was studied by seed emulsion semi continu⁃ous drop process.The results showed that when the composite emulsifier was a mixed system of dodecyl-di⁃methylbenzylammonium chloride(1227),cetyltrimethy-lammonium chloride(1631)and isomeric alcohol ether 1306,isomeric alcohol ether 1308,the synthesized microemulsion had good centrifugal stability,acid and alkali resistance and heat resistance,the particle size was uniformly dispersed,and the smallest average particle size reached 77.1 nm.The cotton bleached knitted fabric finished by emulsion had no obvious yellowing phe⁃nomenon,and had a fluffy soft feel and good smoothness.
