摘 要:市政污水污泥厌氧消化再经干化处理后得到的干污泥(DSS)是一种具备一定热值的生物质原料。在常压下采用固定床线性升温的方法热解DSS,利用元素分析、BET、SEM、差热分析、FT-IR等测试手段研究DSS热解后气、液、固三相产物产率以及污泥热解半焦性质。结果表明:通过控制热解温度可以控制三相产物的分布,低于500℃是热解焦油生成的主要温度区间;FTIR显示,经过高温(700~950℃)热解后污泥中所有的有机官能团完全脱除,热解主要产物是热解合成气,产率约为41%;经过高温热解处理后,污泥半焦为黑色、多孔固体,产率约为50%;污泥热解半焦具有可燃性,着火温度为148.2℃,燃烧失重为7.67%;在950℃高温热解条件下,污泥半焦呈多孔结构,BET比表面积最大值为107.548 m2/g。The municipal sewage sludge,through anaerobic digestion then dried,was a biomass material with calorific value.The yields of syngas,tar and char of dried sewage sludge pyrolysis in the pipe fixed fur⁃nace at atmospheric pressure using the method of liner warming and the structure and feature of char were investigated via ultimate analysis,BET,SEM,DTA and FT-IR.The results showed that the distribution of the three-phase products could be manipulated by controlling the pyrolysis temperature.The maximum liquid(aqueous and oil phase)yield was obtained below 500℃.FT-IR demonstrated that all organo-functional groups in the sludge were completely removed when the pyrolysis temperature was 700~950℃.The main py⁃rolysis product in this temperature range was pyrolysis syngas,and the yield was about 41%.After pyrolysis,the char was black and porous,and the yield was about 50%.The char was combustible,the ignition tempera⁃ture of char was 148.2℃and the loss on ignition was 7.67%.The char had porous structure under 950℃high temperature pyrolysis,and the BET value of char reached a maximum of 107.548 m2/g at the same tem⁃perature.
