摘  要:在容性设备介质损耗在线监测中,若采用基于单一基准源的传统相对测量法,在基准设备选择不当或基准设备自身介质损耗增长较大时,将导致测量结果出现较大误差,甚至出现介质损耗为负的错误结果。为克服单一基准源可能带来的不利影响,研制了一种采用动态基准源的新型容性设备介质损耗测试装置。该装置摆脱了单一基准源的局限,分别以各个设备为基准,实时监测设备间相对介质损耗的变化,建立基于动态基准源的介质损耗矩阵,分析和动态选取自身介质损耗变化最小的设备作为基准,从而得到各设备介质损耗最精确值。建立实验室环境下的RC并联支路进行仿真模拟和测算,验证了采用动态基准源数据分析算法的有效性。采用实际装置对东莞供电局某220 kV变电站内的电容式电压互感器进行检测和验证,测试结果表明该装置选取的基准设备自身介质损耗变化量最小,所得到的各设备介质损耗测量值最接近其真实值,从而测量得到介质损耗最精确值,验证了该装置的测量有效性。In on-line monitoring of the dielectric loss of capacitive equipment,if using the conventional relative measurement method based on a single reference source,when the reference equipment is not properly selected or the dielectric loss of the reference equipment increases greatly,larger measuring errors are caused,even the wrong result of negative dielectric loss will appear.To overcome the possible adverse effects of a single reference source,this paper develops a new type of dielectric loss testing device using dynamic reference source.The device gets rid of limitation of the single reference source,takes each device as a reference and monitors the change of relative dielectric loss between devices in real time.Meanwhile,by establishing a dielectric loss matrix based on dynamic reference source,this device can analyzes and dynamically selects the device with the smallest change of its own dielectric loss as the reference,so as to obtain the most accurate dielectric loss value of each device.In the simulation experiment,the parallel branch of RC in the laboratory environment is established for simulation and measurement,verifying the validity of the algorithm based on dynamic reference source.Finally,in a 220 kV substation of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau,the on-line measuring device is used to detect the dielectric loss of the capacitor voltage transformers.The test results show that the benchmark equipment selected by the device has the smallest change in its own dielectric loss,the measured dielectric loss value of each equipment is the closest to the true value and the most accurate value of the dielectric loss is measured,which verifies the effectiveness of the device.
