摘  要:针对传统生产法测量车床静刚度存在人工测量原始尺寸误差较大、运算公式复杂、数据计算时间长、易出错等问题,利用误差复映规律和刚度方差方程,通过位移传感器和集线器,借助于LabVIEW平台,开发了一种车床静刚度自动测试系统。该系统可实现对试件加工前后三个不同位置尺寸的在线采集、保存和数据处理功能,直接计算出车床床头、刀架和尾座及系统静刚度,自动生成实验报告,并打印实验结果。为准确、快速地测试车床静刚度提供了一种智能化、高精度的测试仪器和实验系统。Aiming at the problems of traditional production method for measuring the static stiffness of lathes,such as large errors in manual measurement of original dimensions,complex calculation formulas,long data calculation time,and error-prone problems,an automatic testing system for the static stiffness of a lathe was developed with the error re-mapping law and stiffness variance equation through displacement sensors and hubs based on the LabVIEW platform.The system can achieve the functions of on-line data collection,storage and data processing in measuring three different position sizes before and after the test specimen is processed.It can directly calculate the stiffness of the head-stock,the tool holder,the tail-stock and the system of the lathe,automatically generate experiment report and print the experiment results.This system provides an intelligent and high precision measuring instrument and experimental system for testing the static stiffness of lathe accurately and quickly.
