摘 要:目的:研究浙麦冬加工前后其挥发性有机物的变化。方法:采用顶空-气相色谱-离子迁移(HS-GC-IMS)法对浙麦冬药材及其加工后的饮品中的挥发性有机物进行分离鉴定。采用主成分分析法(PCA)对加工前后的浙麦冬样品进行分类。结果:共分离得到挥发性有机物53个,其中41个物质得到了鉴定。主成分分析结果显示浙麦冬药材与加工后的浙麦冬饮片可明显聚为两类。表明浙麦冬加工前后其挥发性有机物发生了较大的变化。Headspace-gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry(HS-GC-IMS)method was used to separate and identify the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in medicinal materials of Zhemaidong and its processed drinks.The samples were classified by principal component analysis(PCA)before and after processing.A total of 53 VOCs were isolated,and 41 of them were identified.The results of principal component analysis showed that Zhemaidong before and after processing could be divided into two groups.The results showed that the VOCs changed greatly before and after Zhemaidong processing.
