摘  要:日用玻璃企业基本上都是采用传统的人工涂油的方式,以实现玻璃料滴在进入模具成型后的脱模作用。在此过程中,由于油的不完全燃烧,产生大量的油烟,造成车间环境的严重污染。环保型纯氧乙炔脱模技术(CARBOFLAM),通过氧气和乙炔的不完全燃烧,产生微米级的碳颗粒,均匀地喷涂在玻璃模具的内表面,实现玻璃制品和模具的完美脱离,无油烟,环保,自动化,不仅大幅改善成型车间工作环境,节省人力,而且可以改善模具磨损,降低模具维护成本,提高成品率,增加产量。Manual oil-coated method is commonly used for glass products demolding during glass forming process in domestic glass enterprises.A lot of oil-smoke will be caused by incomplete combustion of oil during oil-coated period.And then,serious air pollution happens in glass forming workshop.CARBOFLAM,a new environmental demolding technology of oxygen and acetylene,micron sized carbon particles through the incomplete combustion control of oxygen and acetylene is formed and coated evenly into the inner side of glass mold for products demolding easily and automatically.There will be no oil-smoke and no air pollution.It helps for glass forming workshop environment improvement,saving manpower,improving mold abrasion,reducing mold maintenance cost,increasing production yield and final products output.
