初治急性白血病患者创伤后成长水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解初治急性白血病患者创伤后成长水平及探讨其影响因素。方法选取2017年1月~2019年9月在温州医科大学附属第一医院治疗的130例初治急性白血病患者,采用创伤后成长量表和自编患者一般情况问卷进行调查。结果初治急性白血病患者创伤后成长水平得分为(53.45±13.74)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,医疗付费方式、月收入、疾病经济负担、家庭关系、化疗疗效、化疗副作用是初治急性白血病患者创伤后成长的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论初治急性白血病患者创伤后成长水平为中低水平,受到多种因素影响,医护人员应采取针对性措施支持鼓励患者,帮助患者有效应对,得到更多的创伤后成长,积极迎接下一步的治疗。Objective To understand the post-traumatic growth level of newly diagnosed acute leukemia patients and explore its influencing factors.Methods A total of 130 newly diagnosed acute leukemia patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2017 to September 2019 were selected.The post-traumatic growth scale and a self-developed patient general questionnaire were used for investigation.Results The post-traumatic growth level score of patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia was(53.45±13.74)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the medical payment method,monthly income,disease economic burden,family relations,chemotherapy efficacy,and chemotherapy side effects were the main influencing factors of post-traumatic growth in newly diagnosed acute leukemia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The post-traumatic growth level of initially treated acute leukemia patients is low to medium level,which is affected by many factors.Medical staff should take targeted measures to support and encourage patients,help patients cope effectively,get more post-traumatic growth,and actively welcome the next treatment.
