中医康复护理在小儿脑瘫流涎症状的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察中医康复护理在小儿脑瘫流涎症状的临床效果,分析其应用价值。方法筛选2017年6月~2018年12月我院收治的脑瘫流涎患儿50例,收集临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。两组患儿均采用针刺和按摩治疗,观察组在此基础上实施中医康复护理,对照组仅行常规护理。比较两组患儿临床疗效、大脑动脉血流速度、血管搏动指数及流涎等级。结果观察组护理总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);3个月后观察组患儿VP、PI指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿流涎控制率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医康复护理在小儿脑瘫流涎症状的应用效果显著,能积极改善患儿脑部血流,显著提高患者的流涎控制率,提高护理总有效率,临床具有较高的应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of TCM rehabilitation nursing in salivation of children with pediatric cerebral palsy and analyze its application value.Methods A total of 50 cases of children with pediatric cerebral palsy and salivation admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were screened.The patients'clinical data were collected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with acupuncture and massage.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on this basis,while the control group was given routine nursing.The clinical efficacy,cerebral artery blood flow velocity,vascular pulsatility index and salivation grade were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's nursing total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After three months,both VP and PI indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's salivation control rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing has a remarkable application effect in children with pediatric cerebral palsy salivation symptoms.It can positively improve children's brain blood flow,significantly improve patients'salivation control rate,improve the total effective rate of nursing,and have high clinical application value.
