摘 要:目的探讨集体健康教育对慢性精神分裂症(chronic schizophrenia,CS)住院患者的康复作用。方法选取2018年4月-2019年1月在我院接受治疗的104例住院CS患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将患者分成观察组及对照组,各52例,对照组采用常规抗精神类药物治疗以及传统的护理管理模式,观察组在对照组基础上实施集体健康教育。比较2组阴性症状量表(scale for assessment of negative symptoms,SANS)、住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(inpatient psychiatric patients evaluation tools,IPROS)、护士用观察量表(nurses′observation scale for inpatient evaluation,NOSIE)评分,以及2组治疗依从性。结果干预后,观察组的SANS及IPROS量表各项目评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),NOSIE总评分高于对照组(t=12.600,P<0.001);治疗依从性明显高于对照组(Z=-3.091,P=0.002)。结论集体健康教育对慢性精神分裂症住院患者的康复效果明显,还可提升其治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of collective health education on the rehabilitation of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia(CS).Methods Totally 104 CS patients admitted to our hospital between April 2018 and January 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 52,according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine antipsychotic medications and traditional nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with collective health education.Before and 6 months after the intervention,both groups were evaluated using the scale for the assessment of negative symptoms(SANS),the inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale(IPROS),the nurses′observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE).Moreover,the compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the SANS and IPROS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the NOSIE score and compliance of the former group were significantly higher than the latter(t=12.600,P<0.001;Z=-3.091,P=0.002).ConclusionCollective health education has obvious effect on the rehabilitation of CS inpatients and their compliance of treatment.It is worth popularizing in the clinical practice.
