摘　　要：目的探讨专科护理指标在皮肤科皮损患者湿敷护理中的应用效果。方法选取湿敷护理专科护理质量指标实施前(2018年3月)的266例皮损患者为对照组,选取湿敷护理专科护理质量指标实施后(2018年12月)的256例皮损患者为观察组,对照组采用皮肤科常规湿敷护理,观察组将湿敷护理专科护理质量指标应用于皮损患者湿敷护理中,比较2组湿敷护理质量及效果。结果观察组湿敷纱布厚度、湿度、温度、无菌操作、评估患者皮损5个方面的达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组湿敷总有效率高于对照组(χ^2=7.880,P=0.005)。结论皮肤科皮损患者湿敷护理专科指标的构建与实施,提高了皮损患者湿敷护理的达标率,提升湿敷护理效果。Objective To explore the application effect of specialist nursing indexes in wet compress nursing of patients with dermatological lesions.Methods Totally 266 skin lesion patients in March 2018 were selected into the control group,who were given routine hydropathic compress.Anther 256 patients with skin lesion in December 2018 were selected into the observation group,who accepted hydropathic compress according to quality standard of wet compress nursing for patients with skin lesions.The nursing quality and effect of hydropathic compress in two groups were compared.Results The control of thickness,humidity,temperature of wet gauze,aseptic operation and skin lesion location in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of wet compress in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^2=7.880,P=0.005).Conclusion The construction and implementation of quality standard of wet compress nursing for patients with skin lesions can improve the nursing quality of wet application,and improve the wet application nursing effect.
