摘  要:ATP敏感钾通道(ATP-sensitive potassium channel,KATP)在心肌细胞功能发生障碍时起到关键作用,此外在调节和维持心脏正常生理功能中也发挥了重要作用.大量文献报道,细胞内各种离子通道的开启、关闭都与心肌细胞的能量代谢有着密不可分的关系,当离子通道的结构和功能出现异常时,直接或间接地发生心肌细胞功能障碍,导致心肌细胞受损甚至出现心肌细胞凋亡,促使多种心血管疾病的发生发展.通过对KATP通路开放剂及阻滞剂在缺血性心肌病(ischemic cardiomyopathy,ICM)中起到的作用等相关研究进展进行综述,旨为临床治疗提供新的方向.The ATP-sensitive potassium channel(KATP)plays a key role in the dysfunction of cardiomyocyte function,and also plays an important role in the regulation and maintenance of normal physiological functions of the heart.A large number of literatures report the opening and closing of various ion channels in the cell is close⁃ly related to the energy metabolism of cardiomyocytes.When there is abnormal structure and function of ion channels,directly or indirectly causes dysfunction of cardiomyocytes and leads to damage of cardiomyocytes and even apoptosis,and clinically promote the occurrence and development of a variety of cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the research progress of the role of KATP pathway openers and blockers in ischemic cardio⁃myopathy(ICM),which provides a new direction for clinical treatment.
