摘　　要：我国是一个多民族国家,每个民族都有其独特的文化传统与内涵。舞蹈是民族文化表现的重要形式,也是我国重要的文化艺术瑰宝。重视并强化对少数民族舞蹈人才培养是非常必要且迫切的。该文主要对少数民族舞蹈人才培养的实际现状及发展情况进行分析与讨论,认知培养少数民族舞蹈人才的必要性,进而制定与创新出更加切实可行的人才培养策略,促进少数民族舞蹈得以更好的繁荣与复兴,推动少数民族民间舞蹈艺术事业的更好发展。China is a multi-ethnic country,and each nation has its unique cultural tradition and connotation.Dance is not only an important form of national culture expression,but also an important cultural and artistic treasure of China.It is very necessary and urgent to attach importance to and strengthen the training of minority dance talents.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the actual situation and development of minority dance talents training,recognizes the necessity of cultivating minority dance talents,and then formulates and innovates more practical talent training strategies in order to promote the prosperity and rejuvenation of minority dance and to promote the better development of minority folk dance art.
