关于高压直流发生器升压时倍压筒频繁放电问题的研究

摘　　要：高压直流发生器是电力系统普遍使用的试验设备,但在近几年的使用中频繁发生倍压筒放电,设备过流保护动作的问题。通过对倍压筒的内部结构、绝缘充填材料和存放环境等方面的研究确定,由于倍压筒内绝缘充填物聚氨酯泡沫的吸水,绝缘缘性能下降,造成倍压筒放电。建议更换不易吸水受潮的优质绝缘充填材料和改善设备存放环境。High voltage direct current generator(HVDC)is a test equipment widely used in power system.However,discharge fault of the voltage multiplying cylinder and the over-current protection action of the equipment occur frequently in recent years.The internal structure,insulation filling materials,and the storage environment of the voltage multiplying cylinder are investigated.It is found that the insulation performance of the polyurethane foam(PUF)filling material in the voltage multiplying cylinder decreases due to water absorption,resulting in the discharge fault.Thus,it is suggested to replace the current PUF material with other high quality insulation filling materials which are not easy to absorb water and become damp,and to improve the storage environment of the equipment.
