摘　　要：以某电站1台500 kV油浸式变压器为例,油样中出现O2和N2含量增长,而特征气体未见增长的现象,通过跟踪油中特征气体含量增长的趋势,综合分析故障产生原因,确定变压器胶囊破损。采取更换胶囊和绝缘油处理,故障得以消除,保障了变压器的安全运行。In a 500 kV transformer in a hydropower station,the O2 and N2 contents in the insulation oil increased while the other characteristic gas contents did not.By tracking the increasing trend of the characteristic gas contents in the insulation oil,it is found that the problem is caused by the damage of the transformer capsule.After the replacement of the capsule and the treatment of the insulation oil,the fault is successfully eliminated,which ensures the safe operation of the transformer.
