摘　　要：胡适在1930年代参与北京大学的改革,引起了一系列纷争。特别是在1934年因北大国文系教授林损“请辞”,竟让胡适集谤汇讥。事实上,胡适透过具体建制里的人事择汰以推动中国现代科学及学术之发展,固有争议,却是理有应然。This article tells the story how Hu Shi as a main force of the reform at Peking University in early 1930s and its disputes.Especially,when Hu was named the dean of the College of Human Science in 1932,he wanted to reform the courses of the Chinese Language Department;and Lin Sun(林损),one of the professors of this Department and the targets of Hu’s action resigned and caused a lot of disputes in 1934.The author argues that Hu’s reform and Lin’s reassignment were necessary for a healthy development of Peking University.
