摘　　要：牛疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(BoHV-1)可以引起多种临床疾病,如牛传染性鼻气管炎(IBR)、传染性脓疱性外阴阴道炎(IPV)以及结膜炎等,是牛的一种急性、热性、接触性传染病,对乳牛产奶量、公牛繁殖力及役用牛的使役力均有较大影响,每年造成极大的经济损失。牛疱疹病毒Ⅰ型的早期准确诊断和治疗对于该病的防控具有重要作用。目前,牛疱疹病毒Ⅰ型的检测方法主要有临床诊断、病原学诊断和血清学诊断等,各有优缺点。该文总结概述了牛疱疹病毒Ⅰ型的各种常用诊断方法,旨在为该病的进一步研究和诊断防控提供参考。Bovine Herpesvirus Type I(BoHV-1)can cause a variety of clinical diseases,such as bovine infectious rhinotracheitis(IBR),infectious pustular vulvovaginitis(IPV)and conjunctivitis.It is an acute,heat and contact infectious disease of cattle.It has a great impact on the milk yield of dairy cows,the fertility of bulls and the enabling power of cattle.It causes great economic losses.The early accurate diagnosis and treatment of bovine herpesvirus type I plays an important role in the prevention and control of the disease.At present,the detection methods of bovine herpesvirus type I mainly include clinical diagnosis,pathogenic diagnosis,and serological diagnosis,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.This articlesummarizes the various commonly used diagnostic methods for bovine herpesvirus type I,aiming to provide reference for further research and diagnosis and prevention of the disease.
