摘　　要：不同的用途和质量要求使得高频直缝铝焊管的生产工艺流程存在较大差异。通过系统介绍高频直缝铝焊管生产中具有代表性的金属家具用铝焊管、空调冷凝器用复合铝合金集流管和汽车发动机用复合铝合金中冷器管的生产工艺流程及特点,并进行对比,指出不同用途的铝合金焊管的工艺流程之间存在的联系和差异。熟悉并准确理解这些工艺流程对铝焊管行业的从业人员和生产企业具有一定的指导意义和借鉴作用。Different application scenarios and quality requirements make the production process of high frequency straight seam aluminum welded pipe vary greatly.By systematically introducing and comparing the production process and characteristics of typical aluminum welded pipe for metal furniture,composite aluminum alloy collector pipe for air conditioner condenser and composite aluminum alloy intercooler tube for automobile engine and in the production of high frequency straight seam Aluminum welded pipe,the connection and difference between the process of the aluminum alloy welded pipe with different uses are pointed out.To be familiar with and accurately understand these processes are of guiding significance and can be used as a reference for the employees and the manufacturing companies in the aluminum welded pipe industry.
