摘　　要：近年来,我国金融开放进入快车道。2020年上半年,新冠疫情席卷全球,世界金融动荡加剧。与此同时,我国面临的地缘政治风险加剧,推进对外开放的过程中面临更加不确定的外部因素。本文总结分析了俄罗斯跨境资本流动管理的经验和教训,在这一特殊历史时期,有助于我们更深刻地学习国际资本流动管理经验,结合我国自身情况,防范金融开放新阶段的潜在风险。In recent years,China’s financial opening has been accelerated.In the first half of 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic swept across the world,and global financial turmoil intensified.At the same time,the geopolitical risks faced by China are increasing,leading to more uncertain external factors in the process of promoting China’s opening up.This paper summarizes and analyzes the experience and lessons of Russia’s cross-border capital flow management.In this special historical period,it helps us learn from the experience of international capital flow management,and guard against potential risks in the new stage of financial opening.
