妇爽散联合丙酸睾丸酮对慢性外阴营养不良患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨全国妇科名中医外治方妇爽散熏蒸联合丙酸睾丸酮对慢性外阴营养不良的临床治疗效果。方法收集慢性外阴营养不良患者237例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组98例,观察组139例。对照组采用丙酸睾丸酮50mg涂抹患处,观察组采用妇爽散进行外阴熏洗后用丙酸睾丸酮涂抹患处,比较2种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗有效的患者,在治疗结束3月后随访,复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前2组患者血清中E2、LH、FSH水平比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,上述指标较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),组间比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论妇爽散联合丙酸睾酮外用对外阴白斑有较好的治疗效果。Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Fushuangsan fumigation combined with testosterone propionate on chronic vulvar dystrophy patients.Methods:237 patients with chronic vulvar dystrophy were collected and divided into a control group and an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group according to a random number table,98 cases in the control group and 139 cases in the observation group.The control group was given 50 mg of testosterone propionate to smear the affected area and the observation group was given Fushuangsan for vulvar fumigation and then to smear the affected area with testosterone propionate.The clinical effects of the two treatment methods were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the two groups who were treated effectively were followed up for 3 months after the treatment,and the difference in recurrence rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum E2,LH,and FSH levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indicators were significantly improved when compared with the prior treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The external use of Fushuangsan combined with testosterone propionate has a good curative effect on leukoplakia.
