早期针灸疗法对脑梗塞急性期患者发病后认知功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析早期针灸疗法对脑梗死急性期患者发病后认知功能障碍的预防效果及安全性情况。方法将82例脑梗死急性期患者以随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组与对照组各41例,对照组接受常规康复训练干预,治疗组在对照组基础上加行早期针灸疗法干预,观察统计2组干预前后MMSE评分、NIHSS评分以及安全性情况。结果对照组与治疗组不良反应发生率分别为14.63%、4.88%,组间比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);干预前,2组患者MMSE评分、NIHSS评分情况无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,治疗组上述评分情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期针灸疗法应用到脑梗塞急性期患者发病后,不仅可提高认知功能,还具有较高安全性,值得进一步推广与借鉴。Objective:To study the preventive effect and safety of early acupuncture therapy on cognitive dysfunction in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:82 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups by random number table method,41 cases per group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training intervention and the treatment group received early acupuncture intervention on the basis treatment of the control group.The MMSE score,NIHSS score and safety of the two groups before and after intervention were observed and counted.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the treatment group were 14.63%and 4.88%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the MMSE score and NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the above scores of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early acupuncture therapy applied to patients with acute cerebral infarction can not only improve their cognitive function,but also have high safety and is worthy of further application and reference.
