摘 要:为了评估防砂筛网在含砂流体冲蚀作用下的使用寿命,开展金属网布筛网和单根金属丝室内物理模拟含砂流体冲蚀实验,分析了金属网布筛网和单根金属丝在不同冲蚀流速、冲蚀液质量分数和冲蚀角度条件下质量损失量的变化规律。实验结果表明:1)液速和冲蚀角度不变,金属网布筛网和单根金属丝质量损失随着冲蚀液质量分数和冲蚀速率的增大而增大;相同条件下单丝质量损失率明显大于金属网布质量损失率。2)冲蚀角度和冲蚀液质量分数不变,金属网布筛网和单根金属丝质量损失随着液速的升高而增大;同样,相同条件下单丝质量损失率明显大于金属网布质量损失率。3)以金属单丝冲蚀断裂为标准,确定金属单丝质量损失率为1.81%时,是冲蚀破坏的安全极限值,弥补了目前冲蚀破坏质量损失率没有判定标准的不足。4)电镜和光学显微镜分析发现金属网布冲蚀是由砂砾局部磨损和切削金属网布造成的,这时金属网布局部高流速区域形成,加速筛网局部冲蚀。In order to evaluate the service life of sand control screen under the action of sand bearing fluid erosion,the physical simulation experiment of sand bearing fluid erosion of metal mesh screen and single wire was carried out,and the variation rule of mass loss of metal mesh screen and single wire under different erosion velocity,sand concentration and erosion angle was analyzed.The results show that:1)liquid velocity and erosion angle remain unchanged,the mass loss of metal mesh screen and single wire increases with the increase of erosion liquid concentration and erosion rate.Under the same condition,the mass loss rate of single wire is obviously higher than that of metal mesh.2)With the erosion angle and concentration unchanged,the mass loss of metal mesh screen and single metal wire increases with the higher liquid velocity.Similarly,the mass loss rate of single wire is obviously greater than that of metal mesh under the same conditions.3)According to the standard of single wire erosion fracture,determining the mass loss rate of single wire as 1.81%is the safe limit of erosion damage.It makes up for the problem that there is no standard for the quality loss rate of erosion.4)Electron microscope and optical microscope analysis found that the erosion of metal mesh cloth was caused by local wear of sand and gravel and cutting metal mesh.At this time,high velocity area of metal mesh layout was formed,which accelerated local erosion of screen mesh.
