摘 要:为弥补突出煤层应力监测点监测、局部监测的弊端,实现突出煤层应力场区域动态监测,提出了通过震动波CT技术动态探测突出煤层区域应力分布的方法,研究了突出煤样纵波波速与应力之间的关系,将该方法在突出矿井进行了应用试验,并基于波速异常系数指标对突出危险重点区域进行了预测和指标验证。结果表明:1)突出煤样纵波波速随应力的增加而增大,二者呈明显的正相关性,这验证了震动波CT技术在突出矿井应用的可行性。2)CT反演得到的应力场分布情况与巷道掘进、煤层倾角、预留煤柱和采空区等因素造成的高应力分布区基本吻合。3)钻屑指标和电磁辐射指标验证表明突出危险重点区域预测结果较准确。在预测的突出危险重点区域内,钻屑瓦斯解析量k1值和日累计电磁辐射强度均出现明显异常增高,现场掘进过程出现了瓦斯喷空动力现象和顶板冒落事故。震动波CT技术在突出矿井应力场探测中的应用为矿井突出危险区域的预测提供了新的技术手段,为突出危险煤层的安全开采提供了技术保障。To make up for the shortcomings of stress monitoring point detection and local monitoring in outburst coal seam and realize the regional dynamic monitoring of stress field in outburst coal seam,a method of dynamic detection of stress distribution in outburst coal seam by seismic wave CT technology is proposed.In this paper,the relationship between the longitudinal wave velocity and stress of outburst coal sample is studied,and the method is applied in outburst coal mine.Based on the index of the abnormal wave velocity coefficient,the key area of outburst danger is predicted and validated.The results show that:1)the longitudinal wave velocity of outburst coal increases with the increase of stress,and there is a significant positive correlation between them.This proves the feasibility of the application of seismic wave CT technology in outburst mine.2)The distribution of the stress field obtained by CT inversion is basically consistent with the high-stress distribution area caused by roadway driving,coal seam inclination,reserved coal pillar and goaf.3)Drilling cuttings index and electromagnetic radiation index verify the accuracy of the prediction of the key areas of outburst danger.In the predicted key area of outburst risk,the value of k1 of the gas analytical value of drilling cuttings and the daily cumulative electromagnetic radiation intensity are significantly increased,and the phenomenon of gas jetting force and roof falling accident occur in the field driving process.
