摘　　要：教学科研基地是农林类高校的重要组成部分,是现代林业人才培养和科技创新的重要场所。在教学科研基地的建设和科研项目的落实过程中需要雇佣大量的临时劳务工作人员,由于高校不同于一般的社会经济组织,在面对临时劳务用工管理中暴露的问题,需要我们站在特殊的角度进行思考。Teaching and research base is an important part of agricultural and forestry universities,it is an important place for modern forestry personnel training and scientific and technological innovation.In the construction of teaching and research bases and the implementation of scientific research projects,a large number of temporary labor workers need to be employed,because universities are different from general social and economic organizations,in the face of the problems exposed in the management of temporary labor,we need to think from a special point of view.
