中国平安并购深圳发展银行的协同效应分析

摘　　要：无论是中国平安集团还是深圳发展银行都是我国金融市场中的先行者,作为我国金融史上最大的一次并购案例,它代表着我国金融市场正式从分业经营走向了混业经营,具有里程碑式的意义。本文通过中国平安并购深圳发展银行进行分析发现,此次收购无论是中国平安集团还是深圳发展银行都实现了收购的协同效应。Both Ping An Group of China and Shenzhen Development Bank are pioneers in China's financial market.As the largest merger and acquisition case in China's financial history,it represents the official transition from separate operation to mixed operation in China's financial market,which is of milestone significance.This paper analyzes the acquisition of Shenzhen Development Bank by Ping An of Group China and found that both Ping An Group of China and Shenzhen Development Bank have achieved synergies in the acquisition.
